We are the controller of the personal data described on this page.

When you contact us or request a quote, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company and project details.

Our server also keeps the technical data needed to protect the form, such as a hashed version of your IP address.

With your consent we use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the website is used. Nothing is measured until you accept. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings link in the footer.

We use quote information to reply to your request, prepare a proposal, deliver agreed services and keep our business records. We do this to take steps at your request before a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and for our legitimate interest in running our business (Article 6(1)(f)). Analytics rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

We only share information with providers who help us run the website and deliver the service: Brevo (sending email), Google (analytics, only with your consent) and our hosting provider. Some of these providers process data outside the United Kingdom. When that happens, the transfer relies on a safeguard recognised under UK data protection law.

We retain information only for as long as needed for these purposes and applicable obligations.

Under the UK GDPR you can ask for access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@lynkor.co.uk.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
